The color is exquisite. The product mixes easily and applies easily. Sadly, it dries far faster than it can be applied so 50% or more of the bucket is wasted. It needs to be available in smaller containers. I would not buy it again if I hadn't already invested in it.

I bought some beautiful glass tiles from AquaBlu Mosaics. I used their recommended adhesive and grout - Litoelastic EVO adhesive and Crystal EVO translucent grout. 2 1/2 years later the tiles started to just pop off. I contacted AquaBlu and talked to Goldie who said she didn't really know about the technical reasons why they might be coming out. She said to contact The Tile Doctor. I did and as soon as they are replaced more come off. I think I have replaced over 300 of them. Another 100 have come off in the last 2 weeks. Some of those that come off are not even in contact with water. I don't believe the Tile Doctor has any direct connection with AquaBlu. I'm still waiting for the Tile Doctor to reply back to my questions. I wish AquaBlu had some technical assistance in house. I am going to have to replace all of the tiles that I had put in and start over. The cost was over $5500 for the tiles and $2500 for the grout and adhesive so it's not a simple resolution. I bought another set of the same tiles for $1000 and more grout. This was just going to be for one side of the pool where they come off more often. I also bought the clear grout again, but bought a different adhesive - LATICRETE 254 Platinum Multipurpose Thin-Set Mortar seeing if that would hold better. I want to see if there are continual problems after it is completely replaced on the one wall before buying more.

I ordered four tubs of epoxy grout to use in my outside water fountain. I have cobalt blue tile and selected AquaBlu because their Lapis Blue grout seemed to exactly match my tile. When it arrived, it was decidedly aqua and not at all a match. No sure if I can return this and get my money back. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love the tile! I purchased the 6x6 Aqua and 6x6 Steel Blue. They look amazing next to my coping and Blue Surf pebblesheen! Received the 6x6 Steel Blue yesterday and over half the tiles are broken in one box. That was disappointing and the only reason for 3*’s. The store and customer service (Christina specifically) 5*’s hands down! Hoping the shipment for my Aqua tile comes in better shape as that shipment has more.

Eventhough the purchased tiles were not what I expected. Customer service, shipping and packaging of the tiles were all outstanding.
