Hi, I ordered 10 SF of tile and although the tile was packeted well in the shipping box. Nothing on the box was labeled fragile. 16 of the 40 - 6”x6” tiles were broken. 4 SF out of 10. Very disappointing. I’m sure every time a driver put the box down more were broken. Nothing on the box indicated it was fragile and not to drop.

Bad deliver experiences! Not so great, the AquaBlu Mosaics haven’t arrive. I need it my product by today the latest.

Shipping sucks

Expensive shipping for one tiny pool tile.

Was shipped a used/damaged product. Terrible communication that resulted in my frustration and asking for a full refund!!! Won’t order again from here
