I emailed an no response. Got wrong order and no refund. Still missing my order but we’ve picked a different tile from different company and moved on. Not my order below.

Took too long to deliver and wasn't as pictured.

Samples took 17 days to arrive. That's too long. I can't imagine how long an actual order takes.

Unhappy with this very expensive pieces cracking and chipping during installation. Now I have cracks and missing pieces of multiple pieces on the corner. Followed install instructions exactly.

I purchased two seperate samples, each time it took quite awhile to get to me. I presumed it was because it was a sample and it's not their ordinary shipment process. Once I ordered the tiles (a very small job - only 2 tiles) It took them 10 days to ship the tile and only after I contacted them. I told them I had a cut off date that it had to be there by that date. They missed it by a day so it didn't get installed. Very frustrating.
