I ordered a table in january. Its now march and my table has not come. Im not sure if this is a real business

My chairs that finally arrived look great minus two small chips. It took months to ship, which when I originally bought it they said it would only be a few weeks, then it kept getting delayed. They were quick to respond when I’d ask for an update on shippping but I was always the one who had to reach out first. When I reached out about the chips found, they pretty much said it wasn’t guaranteed that a new one wouldn’t come damaged, so they offered me a 15% refund. I was so over dealing with them I just took that and kept the chairs. It’s frustrating especially the money spent on them

I have not received my order…I was told it was on back order AFTER I completed my order and was charged. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. I realize there are issues with employees working with Covid as well as the current state of the shipping into this country, so that is why the two stars and not one…But let me know before I place my order, and don’t charge me until it’s shipped! The jury still out as far as how satisfied I am with my order, i’ll let you know when I receive it.

Bought two chairs on line. These were so tiny that they look ridiculous in a room setting. We checked the measurements because it is a smaller room in the house before buying but no measurement from the floor to the seat. Afterwards I saw this same chair marketed as a child’s chair from another company. I was charged a restocking fee and return shipping. Be careful. All communication is by email.

The piece was on back-order when we bought it, but there was no communication about status after they got our money. They replied promptly to my email when I told them the piece arrived broken. We’ll see how quickly they get the replacement out to us.
