Not for me

After about 10 weeks, I asked for a refund. I was told 4-5 weeks for shipping (I paid for white glove), then found out it was going to take longer and at 7 weeks received notice it was coming, then the day before it was to be delivered was informed it was not being delivered. Two weeks later another notice it was being delivered, an early morning text that it was on its way and then couple hours later a phone call that the item didn't pass quality control. What a mess.

Still have not had anyone update me about when the furniture is being shipped or where it even is. The furniture I ordered on June 6 is literally missing. Terrible customer service!

Broken during shipping. Still waiting on American Home Furniture to agree to replacement with a hutch that isn’t broken.

Wrong product shipped. My choice now not available.
