Shipping was problem but I believe it was FED-EX.

The order was processed fast and arrived early but when it was delivered the driver just shoved my product off the truck at the end of the driveway damaging the packaging. I have done a quick look in the destroyed box and do not see any initial damage to the product itself. My problem with this delivery is that my mail goes to my 73 year old father's house and he was left to maneuver this very heavy, damaged box all by himself to get from the end of his driveway to just inside the garage. I understand these delivery companies have more than a full day ahead of them with deliveries but the way this was just dumped is completely unacceptable!

Customer service is hard to reach. I contacted them about a damaged shelf and they never responded.

I am now further frustrated as I wrote a review and when I hit submit, it immediately asked me to write up another review. . .
