Finish smears. Arrived with no hardware.

The bed is beautiful, but it arrived without the hardware kit or instructions about how to put it together. Be warned. The black finish wipes off. If you have expensive light-colored bedding, this bed frame is going to ruin it.

Bed was damaged in two

Bed was damaged in two places. One of the crossbars didn’t fit, had to be hammered in. Really disappointed.

Poor communication

My order delivery was delayed 3 times, and I did not receive tracking updates/ a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to delivery of the item. The delivery men texted me 5 minutes before their arrival.

Caracole America furniture, America furniture.

I had rats that's I didn't buy the same chair from Bloomingdale's. Bloomingdale's had a family friends will be exactly the same price for a Caracole chair. The leather chair it was delivered at my home on a box. After I came home, we realize that she had a scratch on the ladder up center of the check you can see visual see it's scratch. I called the company I emailed pictures of the chair. They asked me for more pictures more pictures nothing has been taken care yet. It's going to be expensive to change the ladder from the center up above the chair. they give me $250 on a certificate because I'm going to pay another 250 just to get it fixed most like a good spend the $500 I don't even ask for 500 I asked for half to get a fix my chair disappointed

Jasmine Schillinger in customer service

Jasmine Schillinger in customer service gets 5 stars!! She was responsive and helpful and I was pleased engaging with her about the issues with this bed. The Two Stars is for the fact that you have someone like Jasmine working for you, otherwise you would get one/zero stars for the fact that you have a product online that has sever limitations that wasn't disclosed on your website or this specific product was defective (regardless of what your management tries to say to save money, a bed should be able to fit a normal mattress) . I'm paying $200+ to ship back a bed that isn't usable and now you've lost a customer that has multiple rooms to furnish. I wouldn't recommend your company to others either.
