American Home Furniture

I know there are serious supply chain issues, but I still haven't received one of the orders I placed in October. When I get that order, I'll give you a good review.

I received a request to review my item months before it was due to come in which made me nervous. I tried contacting American Home furniture but no one responded to my email or chat. Thankfully, it came later, ahead of schedule. Easy to assemble but did a a few scratches on it. I was able to mostly blend them in with a furniture pen but it’s still disappointing. Otherwise, it’s a nice looking piece of furniture. I just wish the drawers opened more than halfway.

The bed arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and ordered a replacement but because the bed is out of stock/backordered I won’t be getting it till sometime in April. Will update my review once I receive the replacement. The customer service was helpful though.

Like I said the cabinet is very nice. But just not really the color I expected. Much more tan than ivory. Shopping was fairly quick but I had difficulty with the tracking numbers bc it was not set up for the correct delivery service so tracking didn’t work. But glad it worked out and arrived safely. But again just wish it was more ivory colored.

Shipping was problem but I believe it was FED-EX.
