Product came quickly but then I got no response to a question I emailed

Seems of low quality. One of the pieces delivered has some damage which is unfortunate.

The products are great and I do understand that supply chain issues are a real thing but I specifically asked about the lead time on in stock products and then when I placed my order (all listed as in stock) I was immediately notified that some parts of the order were back ordered. It was fine and everything arrived but I wish they had been a little better about updating the site when things went out of stock.

Loved the sofa!! Unfortunately the delivery personnel would not put in the area of my home where I wanted it. Said they could only bring in the front door.

Still haven’t received my chairs! Been on backorder since September. Getting really aggravated about this!! No one communicates anything with me unless I sent an inquiry wanting an update. Fixing to just cancel and get a refund!!
