The ease of placing an order and the fast delivery made the experience awesome. However, one of the armrests on the wicker furniture was damaged or defective. It has a sharp metal end protruding through the wicker weave. It is on the bend at the front of the armrest where the wicker looks like it was sliced by the sharp frame that is exposed. I am guessing the sharp metal sliced the wicker and no one caught it at the quality control level.

Great price for the item I was looking for, but after ordering, I was told that the item was back ordered for several months. Item was eventually delivered, and it’s exactly what I ordered.

The piece I ordered was on back order and was delayed by several months. However, when checking the status of my order my emails were replied to promptly. Communication is key.
