I was dismayed to receive unassembled chairs. 😩. I had no idea. Very difficult for me to assemble by myself.

No communication

Color of furniture piece was very different than what it actually was when it arrived

It took 7 months for delivery. Company did a good job of communicating the delay multiple times. I certainly understand that the issue may be more with the manufacturer, but still stinks go have to wait so long.

I appreciated the replacement getting sent so fast.
