American Home Furniture

Unfortunately I would not recommend American Home Furniture and will not be ordering anything from here again. I placed an order for 2 sets of chairs. I received one set in the correct color and another in the wrong color. I reached out to customer service who advised me they’d be sending me replacements for the correct chairs. Upon receiving the shipping label, I see the chairs were delivered to another address (not even in my state). I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear anything. I understand mistakes happen but this has been difficult- I prefer to have a number to call and make sure the issue is being corrected as opposed to waiting 3 business days to receive an email. Next time I’ll order somewhere else.

After they took full payment they told me the bed would arrive in a year! Absurd customer service. Never responds. Had to fight to get my money back.

Terrible, never got a reply back. My order came damaged and with missing parts contacted customer support and sent pics And never got a reply.

Item did not show as backordered, but I got a notification after ordering that it was and would be several months before it was available. I chose to wait. After a couple months, I got a notification that it was available and would be shipped that week, but it never was, and eventually they sent me another notice saying it was backordered again. When it finally arrived, the delivery man left it outside in the pouring rain and the box got soaked through before I could find someone to help me move it into the house. There was water EVERYWHERE. Thankfully the sofa was wrapped with plastic inside the soaked box and did not get damaged. But all in all, this was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience and will make me think twice before ordering from American Home Furniture again.

Long wait time, poor value and poor shape.
