Extremely disappointed in product quality, see photos accompanying my review

Sent them emails to help me return and no answer!

Selection and Ordering went fine. The delivery and accuracy of order was terrible. We were sent a queen frame when we ordered a King. The delivery was simply dropped off on our front porch early and without notice that it would be delivered at that time. We ordered a mattress from a different company to be used as the frame and now we are stuck with the wrong size frame for our bed waiting to hear from customer service to make the error of their company right.

Leaving a 200lbs glass table on the doorstep is unacceptable

I ordered a bed I love on 9/21 and have still not received it. Promised for March ‘22 I have waited and waited. A terrible position to be in. Order # 3732
