Terrible experience and service

Shipping is horrible as it did not arrive. Customer service is just as bad as nobody will respond to my emails for additional information or an update on how to fix the issue. I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I cant get in touch with anyone

Ordered carpet and it's 3 weeks. I have not received it. Customer service stopped responding to my request for status. Tracking status still shows in transit Fedex.
