Dissatisfied Customer

Lousy. Trying to get information on an order I’ve placed almost three weeks ago (for 8 chairs) is like trying to get blood from a stone. They never answer. The chat took me into into a loop with their automated helper. I’ve had a tiny bit of information because I really pursued the order information but nothing helpful. Evidently there’s a hold up in freight. Yet when I look at my order on the site, it says fulfilled. My empty dining room table and I do not agree. We are decidedly unfulfilled.

Caution: Unseen Return Policy and Disappointing Product Reality

The product did not match the images displayed online. With limited reviews available, I took a chance on this purchase. However, upon receiving the item, it did not meet my expectations. When I attempted to initiate a return, I was informed by customer service that all items are considered final sale with no option for returns under any circumstances. Unfortunately, this policy isn't easily accessible or visible on their website, so I wanted to caution others about this experience.

I am not satisfied with the bed want to return it and they told me it would cost me $700.00 to return.
