I ordered an item that ultimately was too large for my home, and the process of returning it was expensive and excruciating. I was told that I would be responsible for arranging for and securing freight shipping to return the item, which cost me over $600. I have never had such an experience with a furniture supplier. will never, ever again conduct business with this company.

Platinum Repair HVAC…is unprofessional And rude. The warranty company is subpar in every way and we will be discontinuing their services. Supervisor don’t return calls, give client a false sense of security about their issues…bad business!!

It was horrible. Our delivery date kept getting pushed back and nobody contacted me about it. I was the one who had to email about my order and i was given a different date each time.
