Maybe it was due to its time of the year. However, a wrong spreader was sent. Emailed to informed this and ask for a refund and post paid return. Was advised that can only accept return if not used and in original package. Rang the office to explain that the spreader did not do the job. I was told it's the wrong spreader and customer services will resolve this. Not heard anything. Rang again and was told they will send a return postage paid cardboard box for return and full refund will be made. Not heard since

On a plus side it was delivered quick. But the quality of the product is awful. The pipe keeps splitting, it’s not like we have high pressure either we have less than 1Bar. I would not recommend the company either, sent a complaint in and still had no response!

Difficult to get hold of your company. Product was delayed on a number of occasions Just over half of the order turned up This order, considering how small, caused a huge amount of issues & we had to temporarily erect netting to protect the planted areas due to the delays & only part of it arriving. This cost us money which we won`t be able to retrieve
