All products still haven’t arrived. Have been lied to about arrival times. Told item would arrive and it still hasn’t

I searched your website for a Chafer Beetle Trap, selected one and added the item to my basket. I was disappointed when the Pheromone Lure arrived without the trap. When I went back to your website to see how I failed to order the trap I noticed a drop-down in a very small font that defaults to the pheromone even though the trap is shown in huge letters at the top of the page. As the page is for the trap would it not be more sensible to increase the font size of the drop-down & default the trap as the item to order. I have since bought the trap elsewhere.
