Packaging was excellent, the delivery was prompt and the product was as described and performs great.

The item arrived very quickly and it works great - there are different heat and time settings so can fit everyone's needs. I use my own stool for better posture as the chair is not comfortable, but you will sweat and detox for sure with this infrared sauna. It is quite big and I probably could have gone with the smaller size, but I figured there was not point with such a small price difference. Definitely worth buying instead of spending thousands on infrared sauna sessions!
