Straight forward transaction for a top range 2-person sauna. First I emailed a query about warranty and received an answer within 24 hrs. Then I purchased the sauna with paypal. The receipts went to junk but the vendor warned about this so I checked. Within 24 hrs I had the pick up details. I drove to dandenong. The office clerk was very matter of fact but efficient. The storeroom guys were helpful and to the point. I built the sauna the next day. I had to use some imagination but overall the design is very straight forward and quick to build. We've used the sauna a few times now and it works great. And it looks stylish too.
