Long time to ship. Didn’t

Long time to ship. Didn’t seem to care about my quality concerns. Only wanted to tell me how great their product is.

Order placed June 19 through

Order placed June 19 through this company b/c it had the fastest expected delivery date out of any other I researched. Was given an estimated shipping date of 8/14-8/21. Called the company on 8/27 to get an update b/c I hadn't received anything; was told that the shipping date was now late September and that I would get a call back the next day after they checked my order. No call received. Followed up with an email on 9/8; rec'd email the next day saying the chair would be shipped on 9/25 and I would receive tracking information. As of 9/29, no tracking information, so sent another email. Later that day, received tracking information. Chair arrived on 10/2. Missing one of the 3" screws, but an extra 2.5" screw was included and that is doing the trick for now. The holes did not line up well, but between a mallet and three of us, we were able to put it together. Rating ok because the chair seems okay-would rate the customer service as bad. I understand that there are shipping delays, and I would not be so frustrated if there had been better communication. I will not purchase from your company again.

No Customer Service

Chair came with defect missing pre-drilled hole and screw. Front slat hangs crooked to floor. I tried to contact the company but because of COVID supposedly you stopped taking customer service calls. That's your prerogative but it's terrible for customers. Apparently your backlog of orders allowed you to ignore quality and customer service.

Getting it from the shipper

Getting it from the shipper once it arrived in Vegas was a complete hassle.
