Without a doubt the worst

Without a doubt the worst possible customer service of any company. I am beginning to believe it is a sham operation. Only after multiple emails have they agreed to reorder the merchandise. If we don’t receive soon I will file a complaint with the consumer protection agency.

wind guard is in delivery limbo

You informed me that my wind guard was shipped on October 1, and provided me with a tracking number. Seven days later, when I enter the tracking number, UPS says it's still waiting for the package. I've sought help through your online chat, no help, they told me customer support would contact me, no contact, I e-mailed customer support, no response. How would you assess this?

Still have not received one of the items I ordered.

It’s been over a month. I ordered on over the phone and one online. The one I ordered online came in the other one didn’t.
