We love our new fire

We love our new fire pit. The height, the flame and the look are all good. Although we knew it didn't have a self-igniter, it seems at this price point it should. The fire pit took several weeks longer than promised. This might have been related to the virus, but the company took no action to let us know. While the emails I wrote requesting updates were responded to, Backyard should have taken the initiative to keep us updated. It's a yes on the fire pit, but not on the customer service.

Customer Service Is Lacking

I was given a delivery window for chairs ordered, and I never received a phone call or an email update to let me know that delivery had been delayed. Not a big deal, timing is unpredictable with COVID-19, but a heads up would have been appropriate. When I called All Backyard Fun to inquire, I was told they would look into the issue and call me back within the next two days. I received no call and ended up calling them again a week later to get an update. I also had to call twice to get my delivery address updated, as it was spelled incorrectly in all of the delivery confirmation emails. I really want to support a local business, but I am disappointed with the customer service.

Not perfect. The cover had areas that were not painted or finished. For this price I would have expected a perfect product.

Disappointing for the money

Quality is no better than a $500 table at your local box store. The copper is nice but not worth it and the "burner" is just a piece of thin sheet metal with some holes drilled in it. Burns a lot of fuel for not much felt heat. Easy to put together though.
