Customer Service Is Lacking
I was given a delivery window for chairs ordered, and I never received a phone call or an email update to let me know that delivery had been delayed. Not a big deal, timing is unpredictable with COVID-19, but a heads up would have been appropriate. When I called All Backyard Fun to inquire, I was told they would look into the issue and call me back within the next two days. I received no call and ended up calling them again a week later to get an update. I also had to call twice to get my delivery address updated, as it was spelled incorrectly in all of the delivery confirmation emails. I really want to support a local business, but I am disappointed with the customer service.
