Would’ve been a 5 star if it fit our chair.

Communication was poor after the order. It felt like once the order was placed it was up to us to track and to have the fire pit delivered from the freight company. Everything did arrive and is nice.

Shipping damaged

I love my fire table, but my original order was lost and only found again when I called to ask where it was. Then the shipping was a nightmare. Instead of taking 4-6 weeks to get it delivered as promised, it took countless phone calls as it was passed from shipper to shipper, and lost and found again twice. 3 months later I finally got it. Everyone I spoke to at All Backyard Fun was very understanding and nice, but they need to do a better job in tracking orders and delivering reasonably on time.
