If you are considering buying refurbished products, don’t buy it. They advertised that the product would have some dent and should not been used before. Our product arrived falling apart to pieces, missing screw, bent leg, it has been used with oil inside, scratched, popped our store breaker when plugged in. We tried to use it since they would not cover the shipping cost back and we needed it as a back up for our grand opening. What a disaster. Filed chargeback with our credit card as the product arrived completely unusable and they would not honor their promise and would make you pay for shipping. Avoid at all cost

I just got a taiyaki machine and the 2nd week I notice that the machine was peeling . I contact immediately customer service and they told me that I have to email the company, I explain the people that I only used the machine 4 times in 2 weeks and they told me that I scratch the machine myself. I sent pictures and they refused to help. After 4 weeks back and forward they told me that the only option I have is pay for shipping and send the machine to them and they will inspected and let me know. At this point I have a machine all peeled and is not heating properly so is not even cooking the taiyakis evenly. They sold me a defective machine and refused to help me.

Takes several emails and red tape. Does not provide mailing return label as stated on policy on ALD website.

I never had bad customer service like this! They sent wrong product and they don’t want to send me the right product until I return the wrong one! Most of the companies don’t return the food items and re sell it for other customers!

I know my grinder isn’t their brand my point is I ordered blades to the closest of their machine info and the blades are too big. There are no measurements in their description for each blade so you’re guessing which will fit. The ones I received were 8” wide when I needed 5” or less
