It's been around 3 weeks since i ordered this, ALD actually shipped fast, but unfortunately it was blocked by customs in my country because, according to them, price was underreported, had to pay 50% extra of what this cost me already :(. Will update review when product arrives.

I purchased a corn dog waffle maker and when I used it for the first time, the top will not heat up above 100 degrees. Your customer service is telling me to ship it from Florida to California and you will "fix it for free". SHIPPING WILL COST ME MORE THAN A NEW ITEM! Why are you not standing behind your products??? I have let everyone in my food truck group (37,584 members) know how terrible you treat your customers.
