My Taiyaki machine doesn’t work after purchasing it. It’s been more than 10 days but the issue still hasn’t been resolved yet. They shouldn’t send customers items that don’t work.

Broken Product - Covered under warranty but you refused to do so.

From the time i ordered it reverts to Shop.com and lists the first address in that app which is not where I wanted my packages delivered. No one is there on weekends so don’t expect an answer to anything until Monday. I was asked multiple times what address it should be shipped to which so gave them multiple times and Instill don’t have my package.

I always run into issues and I never get anything on time. I’m really thinking about changing my supplier. I have ordered so much from them and not really happy with them

i received a product label churro maker but is not for churros is for sausage. when i tried to return they gave me such a hard time and wanted to pay for the return and also wanted to give 50% back and not my full refund
