Nothing but trouble
Order this meat slicer thought it was going to be a pretty good piece of equipment. Made two passes on it very poorly made. Been dealing with their customer service for the past three weeks trying to get a refund. On December 19. They refunded $405 not the full amount that I paid for it. I paid $580 for this piece of junk and what I got from them was that it was heavily used and as you see in the pictures below this machine is brand new. Dealing with their customer service you never talk to anybody it always goes to the answering service and then they email you back later in the night. I would not recommend this machine to anybody that has a business. All you’re gonna do is have headaches with it.And dealing with their customer service. You’re even going to have more headaches with it. I will never purchase anything from ADL again and would not recommend them to anybody. It is sad that they have no customer service or you can talk to somebody about your problem. I am still dealing with them. Trying to get rest of my money back. On the return policy it does not say anything about shipping charges that a customer would have to pay or anything else they just take it upon themselves to do what they think is right for them not the consumer. More reviews coming once things get settled with their customer service. If I could give it less than one star, I would’ve.
