One of the worst quality items and shopping experiences of my life. The machine was a piece of garbage contaminated with industrial chemicals and cheap poor quality design. After fighting to return it they offered small pieces of the refund and I had to keep fighting to get the rest. I’m still fighting a month later for the last $15.30 they owe me. Unbelievable. This company is a scam and I would highly advise never purchasing anything from them. You’ll be sorry.

Flour for bubble waffles are extremely thick. Making it hard to spread evenly, returns are not allowed.

Bad customer service, delays on responses. Waiting too long for replacement. no one called to resolve the problem.

First issue is that the tank is leaking. Second issue now is that the screws that hold the water back are rusting. i contact customer service and I am not getting the help that I need. they keep asking me to send pictures and placing the onus on me, when the product is CLEARLY DEFECTIVE

I received the wrong item. Took a week just to get a return shipping label. They take their time to respond back, no phone numbers. You don't even rate a ONE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!
