After purchasing from them, their service took a terrible turn and they became useless at resolving the issue. Order was cancelled 4 days after taking payment stating they don’t ship to the country despite already shipped product to the country before. I would not recommend buying from them and the machine is poor quality, flimsy and I would not say industrial. I wish I had stayed well clear of them and brought from a more reputable and decent company. Sadly I’m waiting to return the product when they decide to respond to me.

Very bad experience I purchased two from you guys and both of them didn’t work. When I asked about refunding the machine I been told to get the label myself and ship it back which makes the experience disappointing

Purchased the 3 slot fondant warmer and have had nothing but issues. It is just over a year old and have changed the power switch, cord, and 3 of the fuse outlets. In my opinion it is garbage. I had a hard time getting ahold of service and when I did I was told to mail the machine back to be looked at. By the time I do that I’d be paying more than a new machine. Don’t waste your time with this product.

Sent a broken machine and took 3 weeks to respond and I bought another and shipping was all messed up

Machine not cooking correctly. Bottom gets cooked top doesn't and inside nit cooked. I raise the temperature them bottom gets burn and top still not cooking correctly or even. Trying to figure out how to return at this time
