They emailed to notify us they had to cancel the order. We ordered from another vendor. The package showed up without any notice. Of course we now have double those items. We asked for them to send UPS to pick up the order THEY canceled, but ALD wants us to pay for all shipping.

You guys send me the wrong machine

Bought a "refurbished machine" with base bent and machine tilts to the side. They do not want to offer a solution says refurbished means with damage and this is not correct.

I bought the refurbished egg waffle maker last two weeks , and received it last few days. Someone's used it before because the dried egg paste was on the machine, but the website says that guarantee the refurbished products wasn’t used before.

The website said 6-10days delivery, it took 6weeks. The product was damage on arrival. The product use 6kw in only 1 electric cable it's unusable.
