The return process is ridiculous. I received a totally distroyed waffle maker. It is as if they think I want something for nothing. The fact that I had to cancel an event due to there poor customer service. Websteaunt delivered a $2500 ice machine damaged. I call them ,they told me to keep the damaged unit and they rushed a new unit to me for Hassel free at no cost to me. I will never use Ald for any purposes.

We have had issues with a donut machine that has cost us around £800. 00. The machine doesn’t work and we are not getting any assistance from ALD

Your product was horrible and had stains and damages to the machine your customer service people were of no use and not cooperative at all! I will never buy anything ever again from your company!

Waffle maker is changing the temperature constantly . Sometimes is undercooked and sometimes overcooked
