ALD charged for items we ordered (which were in stock), then cancelled the machines without notice, and sent the mixture used for these machines. Then they tried to charge us for return shipping for errors caused by ALD. First-time purchase using this company; will not be returning after this terrible experience.

Purchased two Taiyaki machines that are in-stock, with a box of mixture. ALD charged payment on the items and we paid off credit card for purchases. Without notice, ALD cancelled the machines citing "no stock" when there is stock on the website. Then, they sent the mixture. Then they asked us to pay for shipping return of the mixture (cannot use this because ALD cancelled the machine on us without notice). First-time user of ALDkitchen, was a terrible experience. Would not buy from here again after this sucky experience.
