I have had an issue with the waffle maker and I have called many times they say to email I email no one responded it’s been so long and I don’t appreciate this service at all

I bought a refurbished waffle cone grill. It immediately overheated. I put batter on it and it burnt and smoked up my whole place right away. They determine it was a thermostat problem. I can’t use my faulty equipment. It will cost more for me to hire an electrician to fix it. . And for a refund, they want me to pay shipping to return it, which would exceed $50.

I paid over $1,000 in machine and products and it never arrived. It’s so hard to get a hold of an actual person and actually get the problem resolved. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied

I didn’t get the correct item and I didn’t receive my free gift.
