It came broken

I just unboxed this this morning and it’s missing bolts and appears to be not even completely assembled. This is incredibly frustrating because my shop is now been without a waffle maker for almost 2 months. No one ever indicated on the website or early in this process how long it would take to get this item. And now I’m sitting here with the machine that doesn’t even work. I am requesting a full refund and if you’d like Have assembled piece of equipment back please advise on how you would like that to happen.

I read several reviews about terrible customer service and I hate to say it, but they are true. I doubt that they will allow this review to be posted on their website, however, I think it's my responsibility to warn folks. I have tried to reach out twice about my order as the pancake mix they sent is expired. I have not heard from anyone and it has been two weeks. I am concerned if I were to have a problem with the equipment, how responsive they would be and if I would be able to get a replacement. Definitely be cautious when purchasing and know that you won't get a timely response.
