The rear of the shake machine is full of busted concrete from where it was used in place of components that would add weight and secure the motor and mount inside. The broken concrete caused the machine to jump all around when in use and concrete powder emitted from every crevice. I would not recommend and would not buy again. Concrete inside a commercial machine should NEVER be used

Ordered a refurbished choc fountain for my daughters 3rd bday party. Website GUARANTEES refurbished unit to be unused and in perfect working condition. Unit I received had used chocolate, oil and dirt on most parts, and smoked when I turned it on. They clearly did not even open the package when the last person returned it. They agreed to take the unit back but wouldn't pay for shipping ($65) What good is a guarantee if you don't stand by it? I would not have bought the unit if not for the guarantee. There are better companies to order from for these types of supplies. The customer service here is AWFUL!!! Takes days to respond and copy/paste the same message

Still have not got my order its been a month and a half not happy at all wanted a refund its a joke

Still waiting for my Taiyaki maker. I can't get in touch with anyone. This feels very scammy!
