I’m very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered by October 10, but I only received half of it. The other half has still not arrived. When I placed the order, there was no mention anywhere about a split delivery or any delay in shipping. This has caused a lot of frustration and inconvenience. I expected better communication and reliability from this company, and I’m not happy at all with how this order has been handled.

Cannot trust this company, they tried to scam me for money after the sale. How do you sell something on your website and then after it is paid in full and supposed to be delivered, weeks later ask for another $40+ because the shipper in another country had to charge you more money? You made it seem like I'd have it in a few days. This is ridiculous!

Order took a very long time to come and when it did, it was damaged. It also took a long time for Customer Service to agree to a complete return and refund.
