Text: The seller repeatedly provided misleading shipping updates and failed to produce any proof of shipment. The refund was issued only after I escalated via PayPal. Avoid unless you’re prepared to dispute for a refund.

When you sell spare parts they should fit the equipment you sell. When people come to you with a concern the onus is on you to make it right. Asking me to pay the shipping because you sell parts that don’t fit in your equipment is unacceptable. I will never purchase from you again and will spread the word.

I received a defective product that didn’t work. I requested a return and refund, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

I have not received the product yet.

Terrible quality. Terrible customer service.
