My order was supposed to be shipped a while ago. I checked the tracking number and the package hasn't been pick up for shipping. What's going on??

The products are good, the people in the customer service department do their best, but you have the worst delivery service. I am very angry.

I recieved a 1300. 00 donut maker that never worked from the start - almost 2 months of emails and trying to get ahold of them and NOTHING.

Recieved a faulty/noisy machine which stopped working in the middle of an event. It was the first time using the machine. Less than a month old. Customer support wants me to ship it back at my expense!!! I may as well pay out of pocket to have it fixed here.

I have been awaiting an update regarding my order for over a week, and no response has been provided to my concern that my order shows as delivered even though the two most expensive items have not arrived. I am missing two items worth $700, and it has been difficult to contact anyone from this company to seek clarification on this matter.
