Horrible customer service, machine does not distribute height evenly and it arrived damaged! I believe it was damaged before shipping. The box and packaging was not in bad shape to warrant such damage. Pics below. Offered me $24 for my troubles or a return with myself paying the shipping.

I am still trying to get either tacking information or a refund and being strung along. With emails they send that contradict the email they sent previously. Every email says something different and they won’t answer the questions I am asking. It seems very shady which is unfortunate because I have ordered before and didn’t have an issue. So, I would say purchase with cation

Don’t buy from them. They took over two months to ship me my order. Never sent any communication and when my order finally arrived it was totally different. The company is not legitimate. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere!!!

So far my experience has been terrible and I still do not have what I ordered!!!
