Works okay but can’t seem to get the heating to be uniform. One side or end is more done than other. Frustrating.

Doesn’t taste as delicious as other mixes I have used. Easy to make but would prefer the other mixes. This mix seems as though it’s a “universal” mix for either pancakes or generic waffles; definitely doesn’t have the traditional bubble waffle sweetness.

Everything went smoothly from checking out to delivery but upon opening the package the waffle maker had a major dent.

Instructions say not to use non-stock spray, but the waffles don’t release from the waffle iron. It’s not really non-stick like the one I have that’s a different brand.

I order the double boiler. While it looks exactly like pictured, and shipped quickly. This product melts chocolate PAINFULLY slow!!!! I thought it would be stronger & faster? And NO I am not melting the chocolate at a high temp where it will get thick and burn. I’m melting it at a proper temp & it takes FOREVER to melt. I thought buying the double unit would help speed up melting multi chocolates. I feel like returning it. Disappointed
