The chocolate fountain I bought , was not working and it took them almost 7 months to either give me money or a new equipment , finally I ended up getting my money after a long Waite , it was bad because I had a grand opening and it didn’t go well because I was really depending on the chocolate fountain and the crazy thing I bought two , and they both was defected , I still have the other one , never send it because I know it might take a year for them to send it back , bad Buisness , I will never recommend anyone to deal with this company

Frustrating

It is kind of tricky because ALD waffle makers are probably the best professional ones at an entry level (right above domestic). So, they are the ones I can afford for my small business. I bought three. The plates last about 1year and a half. You cannot remove them so it is a pain to clean (beware). Overall, the machine bakes Liege waffles well for that time. Then plates are done. I baked hundreds of waffles on each, but I think I should be able to bake hundreds more. No with the ALD waffle maker, though. That is why it is an entry level quality machine. The communication with ALD is bad. There is a delay, like if the person answering was on a 8h jetlag. It is never the same person responding in the thread that the website keeps on going for a week. The responders are unable to answer the questions directly, so it takes days to get information. Also, even though it is my third machine bought with them, they would not cut me a deal, reminding me that 20% is for new customers only. So, overall, machine is okay, service is less than okay.
