I had bought a deep fryer in 2020 with your company & I loved it! When it broke I ordered the same one. I like it but I was disappointed because its not the same quality. The material its made of is very flimsy. I actually kept my old lid instead of using the new one. The basket in higher that the old one & that means that you cannot put the lid on without taking the handle off. I was disappointed!

Customer service for returns is terrible

Waffle cone maker makes nice waffles. It however is missing a device to actually roll the cone. Important piece not included.

Bad product

it works better than all the Walmart brands but we had to turn it way up to get it to melt the chocolate way above what it should be according to the directions
