Temperature marks on the dial knob has nothing in common with real temperature

I just received the chocolate temperer and I am excited to try it out! The reason for the 3 star review is that there was almost no communication or updates past the time of purchase. I could see the item shipped but there was no time frame for delivery until the end when it said delivery for the 23rd or March. I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up on the 21st of March.

It is ok, it heats up to quite hot (only running for less than 2 mins) and I’m not sure it will last very long because I feel like the motor is going to burn out. Quite loud as well.

I recently purchased two waffle makers and waffle mix and overall my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The representative I interacted with provided great service and communication, which I appreciate. However one of the waffle maker arrived dented. Dispite whites the company addressed the issue by offering a small credit. On the downside there was confusion regarding the waffle mix advertised on the website. It suggested a different mix for a particular waffle maker, leading to an unnecessary purchase. But when speaking with the Rep she stated it's all the same mix for all waffle makers. It will be helpful if the website clarify the compatibility of the mix with different waffles. while customer service was commendable, there are areas for improvement especially in product description . Bubble waffle maker is a little flimsy, however works great.the rectangle Belgian waffle maker I love it.

Works okay but can’t seem to get the heating to be uniform. One side or end is more done than other. Frustrating.
