Meh

I didn’t love the scent, which is the hard part about buying candles online. But, since I had to open the box to smell it, and that involved slicing through the sticker, I now can’t return it, which seems like a pretty terrible return policy.

I don’t really care about the shipping experience if the product isn’t a good one. The scents are honestly really off putting and fake/chemical-y. Put more $ into quality ingredients maybe?

Checkout was ok, but a bit choppy. The coupon codes didn’t work. I also didn’t like the surprise of seeing that package protection fee.

I had a coupon that

I had a coupon that I received when I first tried to order when everything was sold out back when the candles were first released. The coupon didn't indicate an expiration date in the email. I finally was able to place an order and the coupon no longer worked. So unfortunately I was unable to get the discount with my first order. These candles sell out so fast and I had no time to figure out another discount code quickly. I do have high hopes that the company will figure it out and send me another code for a future purchase, but unfortunately I'm not sure I'll order again for reasons that I stated in my candle review. On the plus side, the shipping was very quick, the candle was packed very well. The delivery tracking information was sent and updates were provided at a level that I thought was awesome.

Growing pains

The packaging envelope (wax melts) arrived a little beat up and the box was squished, but I was pleasantly surprised that the wax was just fine. I do realize that you do not have control once it leaves your home! I had contacted customer service by email because I did not get the credit for my first order but never heard back.
