The glass lid shattered during shipping, unfortunately, but Swiss Diamond made the exchange very easy. After I sent it back, I received the replacement in less than a week.

Love that fryer pan

The 4. 3 qt is a great flexible size for cooking for two or expanding to 4 or 6 when we have friends over. Heats and maintains heat very well for stews and sautés with no need to crank it up. Medium or lower works well for most things. Pan seared rib eyes with a butter herb garlic finish perfectly at between medium and medium high heat. A little heavier than the last one but still way better than cast iron and cleans up very easily. Ordered the 3. 8 at first also and sending it back was easy. Recommend highly.

Swiss Diamond provided top quality cookware. We've used them for years and will continue to use them. They even provide easy cleanup long after the cookware sits on the stove to cool down.
