As great as always !

Ordering was easy and email notifications kept us apprised of order status and delivery. Packaging was sturdy and pan arrived safely. This is our second Swiss Diamond sauté pan. We used the first frequently, as it was very functional and durable. It was getting worn, though, and we wanted to upgrade to the CDX version. We appreciate non-toxic cookware and really like the new pan, with one exception: the metal knob on the glass lid. It is attractive, but not ergonomic. The squared-off edges are not as comfortable as a smooth edge. We prefer the rounded, phenolic knob from our previous pan, so we installed it on the new glass lid - now, we have the best of both pans.

I bought this for my mom after purchasing her many other expensive "non-stick" pans. She says this is undoubtedly the best pan she has ever used. I haven't personally cooked with it but I trust her opinion.
