Great pan. Replacing the HD version that is over ten years old. Still usable but not as good as it once was.

The pan is phenomenal, the non stick aspect works like a charm, cleaning it is easy as long as you take good care of it and cooking on it with an induction stove top vs my old pan on an electric coil top feels like going from a 2000’s Chrysler mini van to a Porsche turbo
