1st in Coffee

My French Coffee carafe arrived a little bit later than expected (not your fault). I got my coffee fix after I ground my special blend in the authentic carafe,

Makes great coffee & thermo carafe keeps it hot and fresh. If I could change one thing it would be the plug-in and coffee-ready alarm. Such an expensive appliance should give the user the option of disabling the very loud alarm if it is not needed. Would not be good if there is someone nearby you do not want to wake up. It is very loud. Otherwise terrific product!

machine should have a little deeper bowl for the 2 quart menu's there is a little overrun when you double the recipe. Otherwise it is a 5 star machine

Problem with delivery was pretty well taken care by a second service representative. First service representative was not very helpful.

It leaked all over. Re-tamp? Froth works ok.
