1st in Coffee

there are no instructions. there are parts that have no description not sure all items were included. if you go on line to itunes you don’t get good info Can’t tell if i’m supposed to have a reservoir for flavorings U tube has very poor instructions. would love to be able to print out instructions

Haven’t tried it yet since I’ve been traveling nonstop since it arrived. I did take it out and it looks used. Definitely not new. Emailed customer service and still waiting for a reply. Has all these weird white scuff marks and even beside that it doesn’t look brand new.

I bought a refurbished and wasn’t working when received followed instructions did everything i was supposed to do. Called didn’t get pick up. Emailed never heard back very disappointing
