1st in Coffee

I am happy with the filter and very happy with 1stin coffee and have been a customer for many years

I cannot get the Jura E6 to remain set. I called on Thursday and was told the lady I spoke to would be calling Jura and someone from Jura (presumably a technician) would call me. Have not heard anything yet but am assuming they will get in touch with me on Monday. the 6th of July.

small problem with lack of notification of the shipment of my order, but i understand this to be a glitch on jura's side and not 1st-in-coffee's problem.

would like darker roast

My French Coffee carafe arrived a little bit later than expected (not your fault). I got my coffee fix after I ground my special blend in the authentic carafe,
