1st in Coffee

It's the filter I need for my machine so I'm not so much rating the quality of the filter (I must assume it's working fine) but the service and experience with 1st in Coffee. Ordering this from Jura would have cost an insane delivery charge but here I was able to purchase my filters and cleaning tablets with free (and fast!) delivery. Thank you!

This machine is an absolute work of art, and makes the most incredible lattes—far, far superior to the several Jura machines we’ve owned in the past. We had some questions before we bit the bullet and the gentleman who answered the phone at 1st In Coffee was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the machine arrived less than 24 hours after we placed our order! We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this espresso machine to anyone contemplating purchasing it.

Segafredo; have used it for several years. Tried a couple of bags of Death Wish; prefer Segafredo. Delivery is always very fast. TW

The filters themselves, which can be bought from many places, keep the machine from collecting lime deposits.I got mine from 1st in coffee because they give me good discount, and got them in two days via priority mail free! Can't top that
