1st in Coffee

The online ordering is very easy, and the product was shipped almost immediately after they received the order. This is truly great service.

It's the filter I need for my machine so I'm not so much rating the quality of the filter (I must assume it's working fine) but the service and experience with 1st in Coffee. Ordering this from Jura would have cost an insane delivery charge but here I was able to purchase my filters and cleaning tablets with free (and fast!) delivery. Thank you!

This machine is an absolute work of art, and makes the most incredible lattes—far, far superior to the several Jura machines we’ve owned in the past.
