1st in Coffee

The filters themselves, which can be bought from many places, keep the machine from collecting lime deposits.I got mine from 1st in coffee because they give me good discount, and got them in two days via priority mail free! Can't top that

Just as we had hoped filters arrived on time and were exactly what we needed.

We have owned a Jura refurbished E8 we purchased from the same company in 2007. We have had to send the E8 in once for repair one time during those 8+ years. It was a super coffee maker during that time. We even debated having it refurbished or to upgrade. We are so pleased we decided on the Z9. Having one touch and customizable coffees of your choice has been such a nice improvement. It is quiet, extremely easy to use with highly intuitive controls and it makes perfect cappuccino every time with a single press of one button. When we had visitors over we would need to explain how to use the E8. With the Z9 we now have a simple, serve yourself coffee bar. I highly recommend this machine. Delivery was within a couple days, out of the box and running in a few minutes. 1st in coffee is a really good choice for the purchase.....again.
