Overall, the peel-and-stick wallpaper went on great! One note: while I found a how-to video elsewhere, it would have been helpful to have an instructional video provided by the company.

First off, the look is great and beautiful like I thought it would look. I followed their directions and found my own way was best. They say to measure out a few inches extra but sometimes I would find on the next piece that I needed those last few inches that I gave to the previous piece. Instead. I started holding it up and finding the pattern match before I cut as that was the only guarantee. It was super easy to install. I did it with a friend and truly it was so easy. It took us 1 hour and it was a tension-free 1 hour at that. We installed it in a small area underneath the stairs so it included an angle which I think was probably a harder first time of an install but it was still easy so again, definitely don't be scared. It occurred to me that the finish of my sheetrock wasn't smooth but Tempaper customer service said it would adhere to anything that ranged from smooth to orange peel. I discovered mine was orange peel and will say all is well that ends well *but* it ends up giving the look of my particular pattern a hammered metal look after the sleek pattern goes over the orange peel texture. That happened to work for the pattern I chose but I could see that it might not work (looks-wise) for all the pattern out there. Final note: I chose the black intersections paper and really think that tempaper should attempt to print on the same color as the pattern so as to minimize the seam areas. As it stands, if you can see anything, you see a field of black and an edge of white and I think that could have been solved by printing on darker sticker/paper base. Overall would definitely use again (and would be a little wiser, more experienced installer the next time).

I’m giving 2 stars because I would love to love all the papers we got. Otherwise it would be one star only. Well, we would love to love them but... Not the case. The ones on sale, at least. 60% of the rolls we got ended up in the trash. We are used to apply wallpaper and peel and stick wallpaper. The rolls we got on Tempaper, though... a very frustrating experience, a lot of stretch marks, an awful final look and all our patience down the drain. Could have been great, but the paper didn’t collaborate to it. You guys have a great opportunity in hands m, please don’t do that to your brand fans. It’s very upsetting and disappointing.

I have been hanging wallpaper for over 20 years. I am a perfectionist, never can find seams or starting point. But this stuff was so difficult to hang, can’t move it and pattern did not match. Wrinkles can not be smoothed out.
