Here is my message for your marketing department. Don't send out this message until you are sure I've received the product. I can't review it if I don't have it.

I received a tiny sample of wallpaper for which I had to fill in a Customs form and pay 40$ customs duty. The sample was so small it gave me no idea what it would look like onthe wall- so no thanks
