I placed my order for fantastic value patio furniture on Friday evening and it was delivered free by lunchtime on Monday. The feedback when I asked for an expected delivery date was almost instantaneous from Ana and the delivery man rang me to check the directions and where I wanted the package leaving (it was delivered to our holiday home address). Fantastic experience from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend this company without hesitation.

The website was easy to use for placing my original order. The despatch time and communication was prompt and efficient. Part of the item arrived damaged - due to poor handling by the courier. When I emailed Primrose and uploaded photos - the acknowledgement was quick and a replacement item sent which arrived (with a different courier) the next day. Overall - an excellent service provided by Primrose.

i put an order in for a water feature and you sent one with the ambeiante light not included, i complained and a customer service person called Yvonne was brilliant at doing her job , she even checked with the warehouse if it had the lighting in the box and she had it delivered to me the next.... brilliant service Yvonne thank you geoff
