First of all I would like to say thank you for a first class service. I order my recliner set in the afternoon and by lunch time the next day I had received it. Emailed Primrose with a query I needed answering about a garden set, I got a response very quickly this answered my question and I will be placing an order shortly.The customer service was excellent.

Had a problem with a heater we bought. Sent them a email on the Saturday they came back to me Monday. Then on Tuesday a replacement arrived excellent service
